FRESH - AN OVERVIEW

Does the tea have to be very hot though? Or can the alkaloids diffuse into it if It is chilly as well? Would taking in The complete damn poppy pod get you any increased than tea?I swear a few periods I had a batch of normal sized pods which were quite possibly hen and chick assortment (not significant) which were so great they felt exactly the same
